Fable gets a revamp
My short story Hansel, Gretel and the Sugar Coated diet was accepted to the Champagne Shivers 2007 anthology today - to be published in the US in January next year.
The dark take on the well known fairy tale was my first professional sale (in that I'll get some money for this one) so I am pretty stoked.
It's the little milestones like these that keep chumps like me chugging along.
On a wider note the first two of Lothian's Australian adult horror novels were released this week and I'd urge everyone who hasn't to rush out and buy them. Martin Livings Carnies is a story of werewolves in an Australian carnival and Prismatic by Edwina Grey is a novel of plague, madness and buried secrets.
